Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Head Cross Country Coach. The position manages all aspects of Men’s and Women’s NJCAA Cross Country programs at the Division I level. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting, coaching, scheduling, academic monitoring, fundraising, budget preparation, and compliance. Must have proven organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree and experience as a collegiate coach strongly preferred.
Salary/Wage:
$43,200-$56,900 depending on experience and credentials
Flexible benefits program includes options for single and family health and dental coverage, life insurance, reimbursement accounts, sick leave, and vacation leave allowances. Participation in the state retirement program is required.

Compensation: $43,600.00 - $56,900.00 per year

Colby Community College is located in northwest Kansas, approximately 50 miles from the Nebraska and Colorado borders. From a humble beginning of 99 students in 1964, CCC now serves more than 2,400 students annually.
In addition to a 57-acre main campus, a 60-acre farm is used as a hands-on laboratory and training facility. The College also accommodates hundreds of off-campus students through face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses.
